Greenhouse Basel creates a new land for an urban agriculture over the railway tracks, which frees other parcels in the city for new investments. The structure is designed upon structural requirements and the logic of food production. The Greenhouses, although being pure infrastructure create atmospheric spaces, untypical for these kind of objects.
